TomTom announces availability of new GO series in the US

If you're a fan of TomTom GPS navigators, you'd be happy to know that their new GO series of GPS navigators are now available on sale. Announced at CES 2011 earlier this year, the new GO models have features to make them stand out from the regular TomTom GPS apps you can find on most smartphones today. The GO 2535 M LIVE comes with LIVE Services including the award-winning TomTom HD Traffic - touted as the most accurate, comprehensive and up-to-date traffic solution available. Other features of the LIVE Service are Google Local Search, Fuel Prices, and Weather Forecasts. LIVE Services are available free for a year out of the box. The GO 2435x2535 series are enhanced versions of the GO 2405x2505 and offer an improved version of the Intuitive Voice Recognition found on the older models. This allows users to keep their eyes focused on the road while they make use of their GPS devices. Voice recognition is also available on the GO 2535 M LIVE. The GO 2535 M LIVE will be available for $349, while the GO 2435 costs $249 and the GO 2505 costs $319.
