What's great from this phone? Most customer satisfied with the QWERTY keyboard and touch screen. Slide-out keyboard makes the phone a little wider than others but it helpful than only stand on-screen keyboards. The slide-out keyboard on the Ally is pitch perfect an is easy to use. Nice size and very easy to read screen. Android OS is asy to learn and use, maybe not quite as slick as the iOS but it does what it needs to do without any problems.
What's not so great?  Mostly, customer issues is the battery life. It needs to be charged daily if you always on the phone. A little slow and unresponsive at times.

At last, not bad for a beginner smart phone. You can consider Droid X as comparison.
