Samsung has published Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v Android Tablet on CTIA Wireless 2011 Exhibition. Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v equipped with 10.1 inch 1280 x 800 pixels screen, runs on Honeycomb Android 3.0 software, camera 8 megapixel that doubles as a 1080p HD video recorder, and a 2-megapixel front camera for video calls. Samsung galaxy Tab 10.1v also supported wireless technology with 3G, Bluetooth, Wireless 802.11a, Wireless 802.11b, Wireless 802.11g, Wireless 802.11n.
Samsung claims the Galaxy Tab 10.1v's battery is good for seven hours of video playback, which is less than the iPad 2's 10 hour. Some inferior things are no memory card slot, no HDMI.
The Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1v will be available for a limited time only, both online and in select Vodafone stores. The device will cost $729 as an outright purchase which includes 6GB data with a three month expiry, or a $259 upfront payment, plus $39 per month over 12 months. The latter includes 1.5GB of data per month.
