The device sports a 10.1-inch 1280 x 800 IPS capacitive touchscreen display, a NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual-core processor, a front-facing 1.2-megapixel camera, a rear-facing 5.0-megapixel camera, a slide-out QWERTY keyboard, a 512MB or 1GB RAM, a 16GB/32GB/64GB of flash storage, 3G (optional), WiFi, Bluetooth and runs on Android 3.0 (HoneyComb) OS.
