The Tovo t450g is a hybrid WiFi VOIP / GSM handset, that can work either on a standard mobile network or by using Voice-Over-IP on a suitable wireless ethernet connection.
As far as its GSM capabilities are concerned, the Tovo t450g is a basic but practical device with a 128×128 pixel display, 0.3 megapixel (VGA resolution) camera, tri-band GSM 900x1800x1900 support and GPRS. There's also MMS, SMS and email message capabilities plus some PIM functionality.
Tovo t450g specification:

Businesses can centrally manage Tovo t450g devices, or it can simply be used as a consumer device. Several different t450g handset can be used on the same wireless network. Larger customers can use a virtual PABX solution to roll out multiple Tovo devices seamlessly (using the back-end technology provided by Pirelli), but one drawback for individual consumers is that the Tovo will have both a standard GSM number and a VOIP number, so it's not quite so seamless.
Of course, this is really a VOIP handset, and the Tovo t450g has 802.11g wireless ethernet supporting WEP, WPA and WPA2 encryption. As a GSM phone, the t450g is a bit basic, but it's pretty advanced for a VOIP device and it manages to do both GSM and VOIP in a device weighing only 95 grams.
Mobiboo also offer a couple of non-GSM WiFi VOIP handsets, either directly or through specialist retailers (including some branches of Tesco). The Tovo t450g currently costs around £170 directly from the Tovo web site.
