LiveProfile for Blackberry Support and FAQ

I have installed LiveProfile for Blackberry but I find so many issues on this application. Then I send an email to LiveProfile support for asking about how to send a picture on LiveProfile? Is there no sending picture feature? And here the answer. Hope it's useful for you too.

Here are some frequently asked questions that might help you in the meantime:

Q. How do I send a message?
A. Use your enter key located under the delete key to send a message.

Q. My LiveProfile is not working
A. Restart the app or device. If this doesn't resolve the issue
uninstall and reinstall the application. This usually fixes most
common problems.

Q. Profile pictures are not updating
A. Uploading photos might not appear right away on your device however
it is updated for your friends instantly. Restart the app or phone and
you should see your picture. We are working on a fix right away for
this. Sorry for the confusion.

Q. How do I change my profile picture?
A. Go to the photos button to the right of settings

Q. Can't change my notification sounds for LiveProfile
A. We've recently moved all notification sounds to the sound profiles
section of your device. This was done specifically so that when you
set your phone to silent or vibrate LiveProfile will automatically use
that setting. Go to sound profiles and you will see LiveProfile New
Message.

Q. My status message or availability won't update
A. The status message is updating but it simply fails to display the
updated message, switch screens to your friends list and come back and
you will see it's updated. Availability icon not appearing to be
updating but it is we are working on a fix now.

Q. I can't login using Facebook
A. There are reported issues with Facebook we are investigating this now

LiveProfile for Blackberry Review and Download

First, let me say Social Media is overload. There are so many social media and instant messenger offered. Never mind, we live in technology era where technology flies like an arrow.

Introducing new way to stay connected and communicated with our friends, LiveProfile. What is LiveProfile? LiveProfile application on your phone keeps you connected with friends in real-time. LiveProfile is a smartphone messenger for Android, BlackBerry, and iPhone.

What are the features embedded to this "claimed" a smartphone messenger? Get the real time messenger notification. You can see when messages are delivered, read, or when the other person is typing a message. OMG, everysingle step is watched :D

I have installed and tried LiveProfile app on my Blackberry device. It's easy to install and create an account using existing email. We can invite friends using LiveProfile PIN (similar with BBM PIN concept), email, or mobile phone number. When create an account, it's automatically record the phone number. It's only have common features, chat and send picture. Do not wish you can create a group like BBM group or YM conference. Use photo menu to change your profile picture. And the simple poor thing, I can't find how to send a picture.

Hard to say but, I can't find any special thing. Okey, this application runs on various mobile OS, but so do many other application such as Yahoo Messenger, Gtalk etc. This LiveProfile review based on my own experience and opinion. It could be difference with yours.
