Most customer love the case and keyboard concept, design, and easy to set up. Setting up the bluetooth takes all of about 4 seconds. Quality of material is very durable and protective as well as functional. The iPad can be used in portrait or landscape modes with a decent angle/pitch for most desktop. If you doesn't like type on iPad screen, this works for you.

What's not so great about the ZAGGmate Case With Wireless Keyboard product?
It has no battery life indicator, so you're left guessing how much the level. Be reconsidered the USB connection slot on the side of the ZAGG mate. While the whole case is hard metal, that connector on the side of the ZAGG mate is held on by a thin piece of metal and it's fragile.
