RIM finally confirm its newest product, the BlackBerry Playbook, will run on Android and BlackBerry Java applications. It affirmed the RIM in this press release on the site http://crackberry.com. BlackBerry Playbook will mark the presence of Research In Motion (RIM) in the tablet world, and hopefully as successful as BlackBerry smartphones. From a variety of appearance, Playbook looks stylish with innards promising. Using dual core processors, new operating system and application support.

Pre Order, Price and When Blackberry Playbook is Available At Store?

Playbook BlackBerry tablet PC made by Research In Motion finally made its debut on the market soon. Pre order these devices has opened in Canada and the U.S.Playbook offered starting price of 499 U.S. dollar.

"Good news. Today, we announced pre order, price, and when the tablet BlackBerry Playbook is available at Best Buy stores with the program," writes Douglas Soltys in Blackberry blog on Tuesday (22/03/2011).

For now, Research In Motion (RIM) new BlackBerry offers three models which are all new. The device uses WiFi wireless access. Each model is divided in 16 GB capacity for 499 U.S. dollar, 32 GB worth 599 dollars, and 64 GB for $ 699 U.S. dollars. Advance reservation can be made at Best Buy stores and Best Buy Mobile in the U.S. as well as Best Buy and Future Shop in Canada.

"BlackBerry Playbook will be available in stores Best Buy, BestBuy Mobile, Best Buy Canada and Future Shop on 19 April," said Soltys. Besides the stores, a number of partners also will distribute these products in the U.S. and Canada, such as telecommunications operators Sprint and Verizon Wireless.

BlackBerry Playbook comes with the concept of a device to access the web and enjoy multimedia content perfectly. In addition to full support Flash and open web standards, this device can run full HD 1080p video. Computational systems powered dual-core 1 GHz processor and 1 GB of RAM memory. Front and rear camera 3 MP and 5 MP for video chat and record high quality video. Sailing 7 inches, the BlackBerry Playbook also could be a couple of BlackBerry users because it can easily be synchronized with the calendar, task manager, and fuel in real time.

In addition to the device with WiFi access, RIM has prepared another version that also features high-speed data access 4G (LTE), but has not announced when the product will be available.

Discover BlackBerry 4G PlayBook Tablet PC

Rumors that the Playbook will contain applications from the Android finally answered as well. That rumors are true.

Co-CEO of Research In Motion (RIM), Mike Lazaridis, Thursday (3/24/2011), said, "Playbook will have an additional Blackberry Java and Android applications to be packaged in a Blackberry Application World."

The application provided an Android applications from Android 2.3 (Gingerbread). Playbook itself will be released simultaneously in America and Canada on 19 April.

In addition to leaks about the incorporation of different applications of this platform, RIM also announced that Playbook will be equipped with HTML5 and Flash. To support the feature game, Ideaworks Lab and Unity Technologies will develop, good engine and its game platform.


With this information official, later Playbook will contain no fewer than 25,000 applications from the Blackberry Java and 200,000 more Android applications.

Thus, the "war" platform and the device will be more interesting. Playbook, which was undoubtedly due to less aggressive, now answer the doubts that. Processes that are not in a hurry and quickly selling like Android or iPad tablet was behind it actually offers something of a stir.
