User complains of service Mobile Broadband Speeds


Internet connection speed is still a major problem of mobile broadband users. Approximately 85 percent of mobile broadband users in the UK questioned the slow pace.In a survey conducted by Acision technology consultant and YouGov other than a slow speed, there are some problems often faced by users. These problems include, coverage remains low and also the problem of end-connect.
The survey also showed 40 percent of users are also known to have had experience of breaking the connection. "Users are still concerned with the connection speed, because 71 percent of users never pay attention to rules regarding quotas given by the operator.
Problem tariffs, mobile broadband users still want a fixed price affordable even lowered. Nearly three-quarters of users of mobile broadband operators that want an active approach to fairly distribute bandwidth to the user in order to avoid congestion.
Then, what is most often accessed by users with mobile broadband. average they use it to access the video. "63 percent of states use it to access the video sites," said Marek Vaygelt, Head of Consumer, Technology and Telecoms YouGov.
